Jessica La Falce, BSW, MSW, LCSW

Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Healing Springs Counseling & Wellness in El Dorado Springs, Missouri. She works with teens and adults.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Missouri Southern State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare in 2020. Over more than five years of clinical practice in southwestern Missouri communities, she has walked alongside people carrying some of life's heaviest burdens — anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationship pain, and the kind of darkness that can make it hard to imagine things getting better. She has supported clients in recovery from self-harm and suicidal thoughts, and she approaches that work with steadiness, care, and deep respect for how much courage it takes to ask for help.

Jessica also brings experience working with first responders and military families — and as a military spouse herself, she understands from the inside what that life asks of people. The moves, the uncertainty, the stretches of holding everything together on your own. That lived experience shapes her work in ways that go beyond clinical training.

In her sessions, Jessica draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These are among the most well-researched approaches in mental health care, and Jessica has invested deeply in her training and application of each one. She brings that clinical expertise to every session while remaining genuinely attentive to each person's pace, preferences, and goals — because the right approach is always the one that fits the person sitting across from her.

She is currently welcoming new clients at her El Dorado Springs office and via telehealth for Missouri residents. She accepts Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Missouri, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, Cigna, CuraLinc, Medicare, Oscar Health, Optum EAP, UnitedHealthcare, Wellcare by Allwell, and several EAP programs.
